GH & Partners at ITHIC 2026, the hospitality investment conference in Italy
GH & Partners attended the 8th edition of ITHIC – Italian Hospitality Investment Conference, held on 30 September and 1 October 2026 in Milan at the Quark Hotel Milano. Claudio Borin and Lara Morra represented the company over two days of discussions with the key players of the hospitality industry.
ITHIC, the meeting point for hotel investment in Italy
Organised by Teamwork Hospitality, ITHIC is the first international conference dedicated exclusively to hospitality investment in Italy. After Rome in 2025, the 2026 edition moved to Milan around one theme: “Accelerate your development in Italy”.
The organisers announced more than 1,200 delegates from over 27 countries, including more than 150 international investors: hotel groups, investment funds, banks, family offices, real estate players, architects and advisors.
The programme included talks and round tables on market trends, capital flows and value-creation strategies, an HVS masterclass on hotel valuation, the Hotel Chains Awards and the NextGen Under35 programme. Announced speakers included economist Carlo Cottarelli, Maud Bailly (CEO Accor Luxe & Lifestyle) and Gonzalo Aguilar (CEO Minor Hotels).
