OKKO HOTELS TROYES: DETAIL AS A SIGNATURE

With the opening of the new OKKO HOTELS Troyes Centre, located at the foot of the railway station and within immediate reach of the historic town centre, the brand continues to roll out its hotel concept in a 106-room property designed around comfort, ease of use and an experience that is both functional and welcoming.
For this project carried out for OKKO HOTELS, alongside Studio Catoir and VINCI Immobilier, GH&Partners put its hospitality fit-out expertise at the service of the guest room areas, with particular focus on the technical development and manufacture of the room dividers and built-in furniture.

A room divider designed as a true architectural element

Within the rooms, the room divider is not merely a decorative detail. It plays a full part in organising the space, creating a separation between the sleeping area and the functional areas without closing off the volumes or restricting circulation. Beyond its architectural function, this type of element contributes directly to the experience of the room, structuring the space while preserving a sense of openness and comfort.

Developing it called for precise adaptation work across the different room configurations (single, double, twin, family and connecting rooms), with particular attention paid to proportions, assembly systems and the quality of the finishes.
In a project of this scale, the challenge is not only to manufacture a beautiful element, but to guarantee the same level of exigency across all 106 rooms.

The choice of materials at the service of use

In hospitality, the choice of materials answers to practical requirements as much as to aesthetic expectations. Oak, used for the fit-out elements, brings a warm and understated presence, in keeping with the world
of the brand. Corian, selected in particular for the vanity units, allows clean lines, homogeneous surfaces and a durability that is especially well suited to a hotel environment.
But it is often the details of execution that give the whole its coherence: precise adjustments, carefully mastered joints, continuity of materials and quality of finishes. That is often where the difference can be seen.

The OKKO HOTELS Troyes project extends a collaboration already under way between GH&Partners and the brand, following work on the public areas of the OKKO HOTELS Rueil-Malmaison, OKKO HOTELS Paris La Défense and OKKO HOTELS Nice properties.
With Troyes, this collaboration now reaches the guest room areas and confirms GH&Partners’ expertise in demanding hotel environments, where the quality of the experience is built as much in the design as in the precision of its execution.
